location and thats all. room was rubbish, next to DLR, small, antiquated, cosmettically ugly and the bed and pillows were the worst i have ever had the misfortune of using. |

Friendly helpful staff at reception Room service was appauling to get through to, had to go via reception most of the time. Gym cost extra set up cost and staff seemed a little put out that hotel guests wanted to use the facilities. |

Location was good for Canary Wharf The hotel was extremely dated and rooms of extremely poor quality and decor. The bed was uncomfortable and covered by dreadful blanket and sheet. Bathroom was oldfashioned and in deseperate need of updating. Definitely not good value for money. The whole place had a dark and dated feeling to it. Very disappointing in general will not be returning. |

for the late booking rate I thought the room was exceptional. I was expecting something small out the back, so I was really surprised with the size and comfort of the room. Health and safety issue. In the bar area there are 4 steps leading down into the lounge on the river side. As I walked down the stairs (in flat shoes) I lost my footing on the last but one step and fell twisting my ankle slightly. I then went on to watch at least 5 other people do exactly the same thing.This step must be less wide than the others, but it could cause someone a bad injury. |

Proximity to Canary Wharf station and O2 Buffet breakfast was disappointing. While the choice of food was good, it was completely self-service, even tea and coffee were in flasks. Chambermaid knocked on the door at 0800 and came in to the room to clean before we could answer. She apologised but then we heard her do the same thing next door. |
